With the Football European Championships well under way, its time for another football series. Meet Sir Herbert Foster, the new chairman for Penstone Rangers. Sir Foster isn't that keen a follower of football, in fact he would rather be reading a scientific paper or book than watch a match. (Something which I'm sure all fans can identify with at times. Although if you support my team, this is more often the case than not).

However, Foster is keen to see Rangers winning and when confronted with a problem, is more than happy to use his scientific mind to solve whatever the problem is. His solutions to various problems are intriguing to say the least.
