Main cast:- Marshall Leo Masterson; Deputy Marshall Drute Bannon.

Time period:- The planet, Magnon, 22nd Century.

The year is 2120, the place, the planet Magnon, wanted - one tough law enforcement officer. Gold has been discovered on the small, distant planet of Magnon. This leads to a 22nd century style gold rush, with prospectors racing for the planet in spaceships. But where there are riches, there is greed and envy. And this in turn leads to crime. Crimes that are recognisable in any century. Extortion, claim-jumpers and murder!

Magnon had became such a dangerous place, that law enforcement officers rarely survived long. With the situation spiraling out of control, the United Nations demanded action and that a top police officer is sent to Magnon to enforce the law. Enter Capitol Active Patrol Officer (CAPO) 1st class Leo Masterson. See the episode (from issue 1507) below.

Masterson, runs into trouble as soon as he arrives on Magnon, from a loudmouth, Drute Bannon. Having outdrawn and outshot his opponent, Masterson in a highly unorthodox move offers Bannon a choice. Become his Deputy Marshall or go to jail! An interesting way of dealing with a criminal. But can Masterson trust his new deputy? See the episode (from issue 1508) below.

The two men slowly become friends. Bannon doesn't have the training of a law officer, but he knows the planet and people. For the rest of the series our heroes investigate crime on a space station, tangle with law breaking aliens and humans committing crimes.

The following adventures of Masterson and Bannon are from issues 1514, 1515 and 1516.
