Main cast:- Johnny Spott (ace reporter for the New York Echo), Jeff Carter, photographer, Police Captain Lenaghan, Doctor Sullivan, Maxie Fenbaum - a top racketeer and his sidekick Spike Fuller. A right couple of villains!

Time period:- New York, latter half 20th Century.
