The above image is from the 1964 Victor Annual and features a well known (in his day), Inspector Fabian of Scotland Yard, Great Britain. I believe a TV series was made about some of Fabian's adventures back in the late 1950's, early 1960's. The artist is possibly Sturrock.

Writer:- The Hornet/Victor editorial teams. Artists:- Harry Farrugia, Fredrick Philpotts.

Time period:- 1960's.

The stories below are true stories of police bravery as told on the front and back covers of the Hornet.

The following stories of police bravery are from issues 107, 219, 242 and 244 of the Hornet respectively. The artist for issues 107, 219 and 242 is Farrugia, whilst Philpotts provided the artwork for issue 244.
