With this story I am exploring the time period that the Robin Guard series is set in. On the surface, it could be set at some time in the past. But the final frame in the Chameleon story casts doubt on that theory. Maybe the Robin Guard's stories are set in the future due to some long ago and forgotten nuclear incident.
